Energy moving tx.: I agree w dr. Ali. In addition to healthy lifestyle an acupuncture technique called "mega mu shu" (yes, I am serious) as taught by dr. Joseph helms is extremely helpful for energy enhancement. There are major meridian energy moving treatments with electrical stimulation that can have an even stronger impact. It is quite remarkable.

See details: There are several solutions for fatigue associated with fm. I would suggest starting with a sleep study. Correct any sleep abnormality first. There are also certain meds that can really help. Do not waste your time with vitamins.
