No compelling proof: There is no published, peer-reviewed scientific evidence that lemon juice provides an immune stimulating effect. There is evidence that concentrated lime juice has a protein that can inhibit immune capacity in rabbits, not humans. Be careful about stimulating the immune system. Mono is an infection that rarely involves persistent, latent virus. The usual course is full recovery & memory antibody.

Very Unlikely But: It is very unlikely for Lemon Juice to help boost your Immune System.Lemon Juice however does contain some Vitamin C between 40 to 50 mgm/100 grm It may be better to take Vitamin C in Tablet form and as claimed by some to boost your immune system even though it remains controversial
