Trauma to the forehead with a blunt objective. 8 stitches. ct scan clear. 3 days later there was swelling on the bridge of the nose. what is the possible cause? is it urgent?

Swelling: Whether the swelling is due to edema or due to bleeding - the fluids may take a while to shift into place. For instance - if a person gets a 'goose egg' on their forehead from trauma - they may end up with two swollen black eyes.
