Not if just swelling: If you have headache, nausea, vomiting, blurred vision, sleepiness, lightheadedness (or anything that concerns you), then see a doctor as soon as possible. If you just have localized swelling and minimal tenderness when you touch the area, then it is likely a contusion. The swelling may take several days to resolve.
