27 yo f i have one posterior cervical lymph node that is swollen on the right side of my neck. i can feel it. i was sick with a cold that is now a sinus infection but i think it might been there before that. what should i do? can i wait to see a dr?

You can just observe it for now. Most lymph nodes get swollen in response to infection. If it doesn’t shrink a couple weeks after your infection clears, or continues to get larger, then get seen in person.
