Is it safe to take an epsom salt bath to reduce infection probability if i have an open wound - my gyno drained a lump i had after i cut myself shaving and it got infected earlier today. should i wait a day to have a bath?

Think that it's ok to soak to help drainage and infection, but suggest using an old fashion product, borros solution in the bath tub. This can be sound in many pharmacies or online. Suggest twice daily for 15 mins each time. Confirm with your dermatologist.
