Where there's smoke: You're not totally paranoid if your phone really was hacked. It's understandable that you would worry that you're being watched. For instance, I might be a member of MI-6 recruited to write this to you. But I'm not. And it would be too expensive to have planes follow you. If you believe me, you're okay. If you don't, please seek further help. Seriously.

Yes: You are over-reacting by thinking that planes are following you. Getting ones privacy invaded is unpleasant and is like some one breaking into your house. However, try to keep things in perspective. If this feeling persists beyond two weeks, it may be prudent to seek counseling.
