Go to the dentist!: Someone needs to examine your mouth to see what is wrong. I sense a fear of going to the dentist. If i'm correct, get a referral from your family doc or a friend, to a dentist who knows how to deal with fearful patients, who makes dental care as pain-free as possible ( which should not be difficult these days--all you need are headphones and nitrous while they do the work!) so no excuses, go!
