Hallucinations?: It may not be called sz w/out some other symptoms, but it is not going to be easy or even safe to be too close to him. He may be a boy but he may not be able to be a friend - certainly not a lover. If you really know parts of him to value, try to suggest he find help but be very careful or you could bring about a tragic situation. "i do like you and wish you could be easier to be with.".
