Stop smoking: if you are aware of the carcinogenic nature of smoking why not quit as soon as yesterday there are multiple factors in your cigarettes which contribute to cancer of the mouth and throat. removing the cigarette from your mouth can only benefit your health

If you like to: chew gum you can consider using a brand called "Spry." It contains a natural sugar which is good for your teeth and gums and tastes good. Available in drug stores and health food stores. Peace and good health.
