I chew on the inside of my mouth and toung, i tried chewing gum but dentist said no! its a nervous habbit any recommendations to quit this bad habbit?

Nervous habit: Some time there is no remedy you may find . However faith in god, daily prayer to give up this habit, meditation. Make you stronger. Try and you will get the result.
