I just sprained my ankle (feels like grade 1) a few hours ago and need to sit thru a 3 hour easter mass. i am also going skiing in 4 days so want to speed up recovery. what should i do? thinking to maybe skip mass!

Sprain treatment: Several things you can do. Most importantly is ice and elevate. Energy healing with Reiki or therapeutic touch could help. Acupuncture is also a great choice. NSAIDS for swelling and inflammation and things like arnica, bromelin, chrondroitin sulfate also help with inflammation and healing.
