Need more info: There can be many causes of severe head and neck pain. As such, these symptoms should be evaluated thoroughly by your primary care physician, neurologist or physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist to identify the cause. Once this is determined then appropriate treatment(s) can be considered. i hope all goes well and that you feel better very soon.
