I bumped the back of my head/neck on my desk. not really hard. barely felt it. no loss of consciousness, vomiting, etc. feel fine. back of head does hurt a bit but nothing severe. ive been up all day. eating and reading. should i be fine?

Minor closed head superficial injury is a common fact of life, and scalp hematomas or bruising occurrence is not unusual. Do not see any issues with your event, and localized tenderness is routine. Contact your doctor for persistent or progressive headaches, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, blurring or doubling of vision.
