See you dentist: If you are still having complications after the surgery see if your dentist will prescribe you a round of antibiotics. It's very common for oral surgeons to remove the teeth and let things heal. If it continues to feel like the infection is not getting better you should get a post operative check up with your provider. Hope this helps!

Not recommended: The overuse of antibiotics being the cause of super-bug infections (e.g. MRSA and VRE). Ask your surgeon for more information.
