I have asthma and am going to be donating my organs. would whoever got my lungs have asthma, even if they didn't before?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably: If you have had asthma for a long time and there is enough long standing inflammation that has not been treated adequately, the airways become harder with time and some damage is not reversible. Whoever is breathing through these lungs will have a hard time.
