Bronchiectasis: You should (or already have) see a pulmonologist to monitor and maintain adequate pulmonary function. If your pulmonologist recommended a treatment there is probably a good reason. If you are unsure why, you must definitely ask him/her why they have started therapy. Better to ask questions and know why and what you are using.
