Not so Fast.: There is no time frame for recovery when dealing with plantar fasciitis. Pre treatment evaluation will help with the treatment regimen. How long, how bad, what has worked and what hasn't worked are all part of the program. This type of inflammation deals with dense irregular connective tissue that has a bad blood supply. Symptoms may come and go, but it will take time for the fascia to heal.
