Somewhat: Cancer increases anyone's risk of getting a deep vein thrombosis/DVT (blood clot). When travelling by plane it is helpful to wear compression stockings, get up and walk around/don't sit for prolonged periods. However, this is not a guarantee for prevention, but having a cancer should not dissuade you from travel and enjoying yourself.
