A member asked:

At chiropractor and x-ray showed calcification on prostate. 45 years old. any idea?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Common: Almost half of men get calcifications in their prostate at some point. Theory is that inflammation in prostate from a variety of possible causes attracts calcium deposition during healing. As long as calcium is not preventing prostate from functioning it is usually not a problem.
