A member asked:

Could sodium channel blockers help w/ angina and vasoconstriction? i read about ranolazine, sounds promising for angina, any experience? vasodilation?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sure: ranolazine can definitely help with chronic nonrevasularizable angina but there are many more med options before that. And at age 35 it's not something that would be used on you really.
