I am on 20mg lexapro (escitalopram) and 45mg remeron for anxiety.i get very aggressive.by reducing lex to 10mg would it be o k. thanks?

Check with doc: Your doc is best person to advise you. Lexapro (escitalopram) is an SSRI remeron is dual acting --my guess would be if Meds are related to your aggression it would more likely to ne due to norepinephrine/remeron than the Lexapro (escitalopram).
