Referral: I am a general and cosmetic dentist but I do not do braces. You will need to contact an orthodontist who is a specialist that does braces and straightens teeth.

Free care: I don't think that orthodontists involved in Healthtap will be able to provide free braces for someone in the Philippines. That is pretty far from here.
