GERD?: It's difficult to tell without a more thorough evaluation, but you may have chronic acid reflux. You might try omeprazole 20 mg once each morning about 20 minutes before eating some food for two weeks, to see if it helps calm it down. If it returns after two weeks of this trial, then you should see your doctor. You should avoid any particular foods which seem to bring the problem on. Good luck.
