Gastroperesis: yes if you are healthy otherwise . Usually you get after a viral infection and it starts getting better with in few wks

Can gastroparesis be detected by endoscopy ? Gi doctor says I have slow motility could that be due to diverticulosis or hiatal hernia? My son took his life 3 yrs ago because of gastroparesis. That is why I ask about the endoscopy?
