Suffering: Sounds like chronic rhinitis with persistent sinus pressure and potentially related lower airway problems. With sneezing, likely an allergic (eg pollen or dust) and/or non-allergic (eg smoke) trigger. Associated/intermittent shortness of breath with wheeze is consistent with asthma also triggered by allergic or non-allergic trigger. Consider a consult or see an Allergist to get needed relief.
