Earache: I definitely would have to take a look. It is hard to say what the cause is though thinking through your day might reveal a few sources. Not sure of what exactly to blame.

Earache: This time of year, the earache could be related to allergies and sinusitis. If you are feeling pressure, likely related to allergies. If more sharp or a feeling of fullness, you should consider wax build up. If you are prone to alleges, allergy medication should help. For wax, pick up a solution OTC - Cerumenex, and clean your ears with it. Avoid using Q-tips, as it could make it worse.

An earache: It is not uncommon for mild middle or outer ear infections to cause pain without a fever or drainage. Try acetaminophen or ibuprofen. If your symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical attention.
