See a professional: You should see someone, at least in an urgent care setting. You could have external canal inflammation or an inner ear infection . Time to get help. Good luck.

See a doctor...: The only way to see if you have an ear infection requiring prescription treatment is for a physician to look into your ear... I'd make an appointment with your physician or visit an acute care center tomorrow to have an exam.
