Ice: As long as there is no break in the skin,I would apply ice and compression and elevation. If the skin is open apply something like neosporin and see a doctor or podiatrist

Pressure?: if it os still bleeding apply gentle pressure till stops. Otherwise let it heal on its own, may put some antibacterial lotion if redness. Keep clean and dry. If you have varicose veins or diabetes- see a doctor.
