Low Back & Up Leg Pn: Did symptoms start out of the blue or did some trauma occur to your back? When standing or walking, do symptoms lessen if you are bent forward? Does it completely resolve with sitting or laying in bed? Could be dealing with spinal stenosis (narrowing around your spinal nerve roots OR around your spinal cord). If conservative measures fail to ease symptoms, then MRI lumbar spine is prob warranted.
