Nasal congestion: Baby breathing mostly by nose. Your baby needs saline irrigation and suction to clear the nasal passage. Nasal saline spray can help too. For white discharge from both eyes it could be viral, bacterial or allergic origin. Maybe it is worthwhile that the child be seen by the doctor.
