Colds: First year of life a child can get a dozen or more colds. This helps develop their immune system. It could also seem like a few very long persistent colds. That being said it would be best to let your family doctor or pediatrician take look at you child.

Allergic sinusitis: Sounds like your baby may have allergies resulting in sinusitis. If she has a fever you should seek medical help. If not, i would try eliminating milk products from her diet. The eye drainage is not of concern unless it is accompanied by swelling of the lids or redness of the white of the eyes.
