Could it be bad for me to workout and go in the sauna when i'm slightly sick?

Depends: If you have significant fatigue, fever/chills, a chest cough, shortness of breath, diarrhea or vomiting, then you should rest from exercise and avoid the sauna. If you do not have any of these symptoms, and your symptoms are quite mild, then a light workout is probably permissible.
