I'm doing ivf and am on day 10 of injections. can i go to the spa and get into the sauna, hot tub, and thermal bath? will that be bad for my eggs?

Probably safe but..?: No definite evidence that sauna or hot tub will affect eggs. However there is evidence that women who are in early stages of pregnancy have a higher rate of fetal malformations and miscarriage. I would recommend you ask your fertility specialist if he or she feels it's safe.

Limit exposure: A spa tratment and therapy one or two times a week should not interfere with IVF; however I would avoid extemely hot temperatures in sauna and hot tub. Limit time wisely.
