Sinusitis: Yes, intermittent alterations in odor and light headedness may occur with changes in the upper respiratory tract accompanying sinusitis, but before making the assumption that this is what is causing your symptoms you should be seen by an ENT doctor to be sure that something more severe is not in progress.
