Bad sinusitis: Greetings, bad sinus infections need irrigation. First get a sinus rinse kit and wash the thick mucus and infection out. Afrin nasal spray may be used as directed x 5 days and no longer. This will help clear the infected material out of the sinuses so irrigation can continue to wash it away. Finally use ibuprofen 200 mg tabs if you are able 3-4 pills 3x/day with food x 10 days. This will help too.
