Back pain: Traveling by a car in general is not prohibited with a back condition. That said, the severity and specific pathology of your back will dictate how long you can travel without a stop. the best way to determine that is to test it out by driving some short segments of distance and watch for the after-driving reactions. Consult your doctor for final determination. Get a pre-trip evaluation if needed.
