Unrelated: It is unlikely that you would have new concussion symptoms years out from an injury. It is likely related to something else. You should speak with your GP about this,

Memory Loss: You should followup with your primary doctor or neurologist for a full neurologic assessment. Memory loss and difficulty recall may be due to the trauma or may be due to other neurologic disorders.
