Dysphagia : dysphagia, or the feeling of food or liquids lodged in the chest, is a fairly common symptom. It often is a sign of Gerd that is not under control, but it also can be an indication of dysfunction of the esophagus or partial blockage of the esophagus. New onset dysphagia should always be investigated. See your doctor or a G.I. doc for investigation and treatment. Good luck.
