Anxiety and Physical: Anxiety can manifest in the ways you mention but you need to make sure that there are no underlying medical conditions. Please start by seeing your doctor. After than you can see a clinical psychologist for anxiety management. Modalities such as clinical hypnosis (www.asch.net) and biofeedback can be very helpful in this situation. Peace and good health.
