Very intense acid reflux across chest and up neck, 1/2 times a day for a couple of days, also hurts to swollowing food ever since 1st case, ideas?

What have you tried?: Have you tried acid blocker medication, in what dose, ; with what results? Have you undergone testing either by endoscopy or x-ray? Is this new, worse, recurrent? Any history of eosinophilic disease (eosinophilic esophagitis sometimes mimics gerd) or known esophageal motility disorder? Under any stress? Take nsaid's, vomiting, blood, etc? Lots to consider before appropriate treatment can be advised.
