I was diagnosed with leukocytosis unspecified and don't know what to ask my dr. do other test need to be done?

Inflammation?: Leukocytosis means increased white blood cell count which is a reactive response often to infection but can be seen in a variety of inflammatory conditions as well as in some cases of cancer. It is therefore necessary to to do additional testing for a more specific diagnosis
