Positive ana: There are many other tests that can help confirm a diagnosis. Additional blood tests to determine the exact antibody that is causing the positive ANA should be done. A skin biopsy may be indicated. It is possible that your doctor has already arrived at a diagnosis from your constellation of symptoms.
