There is a normal reference range of leucocyte count(4, 000 to 10, 000). This will answer your question. You may need to recheck the blood counts, it if it was more than 11, 000 and you had no recent infection to explain it.

Hello,had my blood test done today. Everything fine, but I am confused with one thing. CRP level is within the range, but ESR is elevated (29). What does it mean? I feel good, all other tests fine, no leucocytosis etc. Please help?

I have been anemic for going on 5 weeks, along with leukocytosis & consistent low fever. I have terrible stomach pains in all 4 quadrants & joint & bone pain. Also, the sides of my lower back hurt the worst. All other blood work comes back normal.
