Ask the doctor who o: The doctor who ordered the test should guide you. You need to know your exact blood counts and let us know. There is a normal reference range of leucocyte count(4, 000 to 10, 000). This will answer your question. You may need to recheck the blood counts, it if it was more than 11, 000 and you had no recent infection to explain it.
