Autoimmunity?: Positive ANA indicates that there are presence antibodies against components of nucleus of your own cells. Our body is not supposed to make antibodies against our cells. Something happens, which leads antibodies being produced against cells of different organs such as thyroid glands and pancreas. Leukocytosis is the state of increased white cell count indicating some inflammation.
