I finished 2 rounds of antibiotics for sinus infection. dr checked ears. no infect.just fluid. used nasonex (mometasone). ear hurting and feels full. what is next?

Additional Measures: If you symptoms that have failed to improved despite two rounds of antibiotics it might be worthwhile getting a sinus CT scan to evaluate anatomy and extend of sinus disease. Some chronic sinus infections required 3 weeks or more of antibiotics. To help with ear symptoms start combination of Nasonex (mometasone) 1 spray each nostril twice a day and OTC Afrin 1 spray each nostril twice a day.
