No: One particular kind of esophagitis, eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), can be related to food allergies, but this condition is not common. Its relationship to environmental allergies is less clear. Case reports of patients using drops (or tablets) of pollen to help respiratory allergy develop EoE. Antihistamines would probably not help your GI problem. A gastroenterologist needs to be involved.
