There : There are specific medications that can be used for the eye symptoms. This should be discussed with his doctor or he should be seen by an allergist who could easily help him.

Eye : Eye drops and nasal sprays can relieve symptoms of ocular itching. They are given over the counter but if not strong enough, an allergist can prescribe more effective eyedrops and nasal sprays. Allergy shots over a year or two will also benefit thus scenario.
