Mild decrease in RBC: You have anemia which is under production or over destruction of red blood cells. Normocytic means that there in the normal range for size that's good. Microcytic often means iron deficiency. Macrocytic could mean problems with vitamin deficiency or with nuclear maturation arrest from toxins.The hematocrit is 35 which is in keeping with mild anemia. You may have had some blood loss. You may have hThe hematocrit is 35 which is in keeping with mild anemia.
