Long term implications of ongoing diversion colitis? going on 2 yrs.

Surgical diversion: I am not a surgeon, but it would seem reasonable to consider undoing the diversion if possible, to reduce the colitis. Long term implication would be a long-term need for a colostomy if things go southwards in terms of health. You need to discuss this in serious terms with your surgeon
